12/1 – Coffee with the Principal:

The next ‘Coffee with the Principal’ is December 1st at 8:30am in the library. Please join Mrs. Olmsted to hear about Proctor Terrace and use this opportunity to voice your questions or concerns.

12/3 – PTA Meeting:

The next PTA Meeting is December 3rd at 7pm in the library. The topic is this year’s drama program.

12/8 – Dine & Donate – Chipotle:

December 8th, Dine & Donate will be sponsored by Chipotle. We’ll send out a flyer when it is available. Proctor will receive 20% of your order total. Click here for more info about our Dine & Donate program.

12/10 – Soup with the Superintendent:

Santa Rosa City Schools invites you to pull up a chair and grab a bowl of soup. Soup with the Supt has no agenda or speeches. The event is a chance to ask questions, voice concerns and get to know the Superintendent.

December 10th – 5:30 to 7:30 p.m

12/11 – Staff Appreciation Lunch:

Friday, December 11th, there will be a Staff Appreciation Luncheon for Proctor Terrace staff. It will be catered by Chloe’s French Cafe and paid for by the Proctor Terrace PTA.

Parents are asked to provide desserts to add a personal touch. Please deliver desserts by the morning of December 11th to the teacher’s lounge. The office can direct you if you do not know where it is. Thank you in advance!

12/11 – Movie Night!:

Our next movie night is Friday, December 11th. Doors open at 6pm and we’ll screen ‘Elf‘ at 6:30pm. Jammies, blankets, and pillows are encouraged. Admission is totally FREE but refreshments will be on sale at the snack bar. Doors open at 6pm and the show begins at 6:30pm.

A supervising adult is required for all children. The movie is rated PG (Parental Guidance Suggested) and some scenes may be unsuitable for young children. Here are some notes from parents at IMDB and here is the Common Sense Media parent guide.
