Hello to our new and returning families!
Welcome! We’re excited to see you for the 2016-2017 school year. Here’s a quick rundown of upcoming back to school dates:
- 8/15 – Class lists will be posted August 15th at 4pm and there will be a welcome back picnic from 4pm – 7pm sponsored by the Proctor PTA. Enjoy our food or bring your own
- 8/16 – There is a kinder visit on August 16th from 1pm – 2pm. Kinder Visit – Please bring your child to see their Kinder Academy or Kindergarten classroom, meet their teacher and answer any questions you may have regarding our Kindergarten program.
- 8/17 – The first day of school is August 17th. School begins at 8:05 am for 1-6 grades and Kinder/TK starts at 8:10 am. This will be an early dismissal day: 1:25 for Kinder/TK and 1:30 for grades 1-6.
- 8/19 – Coffee Meet and Greet for TK/Kinder Parents. If you are a parent of a TK or Kinder student please join us for a cup of coffee in the Multi-Purpose Room at 8:15am on August 19th. This is a great way to meet other parents who have new students at Proctor. You can ask questions, introduce yourself and/or just stop by for a hot cup of joe. We look forward to seeing you there.
Have you picked up your school supplies yet?
Please scroll down to see a supply list for each grade. Instead of running all over town, click the Amazon link for your grade to see a prepopulated purchase list.
If you buy your supplies via the Amazon link Proctor will also get a percentage of the purchase via our affiliate program AND we’re entered into a contest to win $4,000
Thanks!
There are supplies and materials that are needed for our class which are difficult to fund with the limited supply budget of the school. We are reaching out to our families and asking for any supply donations that can be made. The following is a list of some of the supplies we will need for each student. Assisting with providing these supplies for your child is greatly appreciated.
